Assilva is an early-stage French startup founded in 2026 by two experienced tech leaders with over 30 years of experience in international tech environments. Assilva is building a proactive, mobile intelligent agent designed for active seniors aged 65+, a massive population but largely underserved by digital solutions truly adapted to their usage. The solution is distributed through B2B2C partners.

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and innovative Founding Engineer to join our team at the launch of our project. You will play a key role in the design, development, and implementation of our technological solutions. You will have the opportunity to shape the technical architecture of our product while contributing to its long-term growth and success. Responsibilities

You will primarily work within the Tech & AI scope, with involvement in Product.

Tech & AI (core of the role)

• Design the technical architecture (frontend, backend, cloud infrastructure, business logic, API integrations, etc.)
• Select and integrate LLMs; build orchestration, memory, and personalization mechanisms
• Design user memory and audio-to-audio conversational logic, drawing on the best innovations in this field
• Develop critical components hands-on and deliver them to production
• Ensure security and GDPR compliance
• Leverage an AI-native development approach

Product (contributor)

• Contribute to the product roadmap alongside the founders

Team (progressively)

• Mentor the intern developer
• Lay the foundation for the tech team culture from the start
• Contribute to team recruitment and structuring as the company grows

Profile

You are an experienced developer or engineer, with at least 3 years of experience and solid expertise in several programming languages (Front and back) and technical architecture design.

Ideally:

• You have already developed and launched a mobile product in production
• You have integrated LLMs into a user product and master agentic architecture
• You have founded or worked in a startup
• You are very hands-on technically
• Good command of English

You demonstrate autonomy, initiative, and a genuine taste for technological innovation. The ability to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment is essential.
