About Galadrim Sensors

In a world that is increasingly digital and integrating artificial intelligence, the need for physical world sensor data is growing. While digital service growth is around 1.5%, the sensor and IoT market in France is estimated at 14%.

At Galadrim, we have deployed over 800 tech projects for our clients. We have several references in IoT, the ability to integrate with any type of external system, and a team of 35 specialized AI engineers.

Building on these strengths, we want to launch a new business unit, called Galadrim Sensors. The idea is to provide sensors (all types: vision, sound, temperature, weight, presence…) to companies, with an AI layer to interpret the data generated, and integration into our clients' information systems.

Galadrim Sensors will have off-the-shelf products (cameras, microphones, pressure sensors…) but will also be able to design custom sensors for the needs of larger clients. Products will be sold on a subscription basis.

Your Role

We are therefore looking for a CTO to launch, grow, and structure this activity, with the objective of reaching 1 million euros in ARR in the first year, and continuing to grow thereafter. You will work in tandem with a CEO who will be responsible for developing the business commercially.

You will be fully responsible for the offering: your role will be to define and structure it, you will pilot recruitments, sales, and operations yourself, with an uncapped variable remuneration dependent on the revenue generated by the offering.

You will be managed directly by one of the members of Galadrim's management team. Since our creation in 2017, we have had the experience of several successfully launched business units (Orki, our carbon footprint offering, 1M+ revenue, Galadrim Nantes, 2M, Galadrim IA, 3M+).

You will also benefit from our existing client references in hardware and IoT, a shared recruitment / HR / finance team, ad hoc resources (developers, AI engineers, product managers, designers etc.), and the Galadrim brand image.
