Join Muro AI as a Founding Engineer to modernize the $13 trillion construction industry. You will own the core platform end-to-end, building AI agents that automate complex pre-construction workflows. This high-impact role involves designing scalable Node.js/TypeScript services and shipping a native Electron desktop app to replace manual spreadsheets and 1,500-page plan sets.

What you will do:

• Architect & Build: Design and implement core Node.js/TypeScript services and multi-tenant architectures that power the entire intelligent agent platform.
• Ship Desktop Experiences: Lead the development of a bulletproof Electron app for Mac and Windows, handling complex offline sync and file system access.
• Build Integration Backbone: Create a robust framework connecting to Procore, SharePoint, and Excel using async job systems and webhook infrastructure.

The ideal candidate:

• Seasoned Full-Stack Builder: 4+ years of technical experience shipping production-grade platforms, ideally as a founding engineer or tech lead in a startup environment.
• Master of the Stack: Deep proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, React, and PostgreSQL, with a comfort level spanning from frontend components to database indexing.
• Scrappy Operator: Experience scaling applications from zero to real customers, with the ability to own DevOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure on GCP or Supabase.
