About SYNIA

Founded by two CentraleSupélec engineers, SYNIA develops SYNIA HUB, the platform enabling every SME and mid-sized company to integrate AI into their operations.

SYNIA HUB allows the design and deployment of custom AI agents, connected to clients' business tools, with continuous performance monitoring via real-time monitoring, without the usual drawbacks: maintenance, model evolution...

To meet growing market demand, we are recruiting our first Founding Engineer to evolve the technological base and accelerate our deployment.

Your missions

SYNIA HUB (50%)

• Contribute to SYNIA HUB: you will participate in the development of our proprietary platform, accompanied by the founders on architectural choices
• Discover Azure cloud infrastructure: you will intervene on the deployment and security of the infrastructure that runs our agents in production
• Participate in technical foundations: you will take part in discussions on code standards, best practices, and the stack that will build SYNIA's technical culture

CUSTOM DEVELOPMENT (50%)

• Develop and deploy AI agents in production: You will design RAG systems and integrate AI agents into concrete business workflows (quote generation, email classification, etc.)
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs: You will intervene occasionally to frame use cases and translate these needs into technical solutions

Your skills

You are the person we need if you…

• Are in your final year of engineering school
• Are autonomous, ambitious, and proactive, and you are as interested in AI as you are in building a company
• Have already touched upon Azure, Docker, or deployment environments (or you are motivated to learn quickly)
• Have knowledge in AI frameworks and technologies: Python, agent orchestration (LangChain, LlamaIndex…), LLM flows, prompting, RAG
• Use tools like Claude Code, Cursor or equivalent on a daily basis (mastery of at least one required)
• Are comfortable with non-technical stakeholders: you understand a business problem and propose concrete solutions
