Role Overview

We are excited to welcome a dynamic Account Executive to spearhead Centraleyes' enterprise sales initiatives. This role centers on constructing a robust pipeline from the ground up and successfully closing intricate, multi-stakeholder deals, collaborating closely with the CEO, product, and engineering teams on strategic opportunities.

This is a senior-level, outbound-centric role tailored for a candidate with proven experience in overseeing enterprise sales cycles and thriving in a high-accountability, early-stage environment.

What You'll Do

  • Drive and manage the entire enterprise sales cycle, from proactive prospecting to successful closure.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership, product, and engineering teams to elevate enterprise revenue.
  • Expertly navigate and manage complex buying groups, including CISOs, security leaders, risk, compliance, audit teams, and executive stakeholders.
  • Engage in comprehensive discovery conversations around security, risk, and compliance workflows.
  • Apply structured deal qualification methodologies (like MEDDPICC) to effectively manage and forecast opportunities.
  • Contribute to establishing and enhancing Centraleyes' enterprise sales strategy.
  • Support daily sales operations focusing on pipeline development, deal execution, and strategic accounts.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a startup or early-stage organization, demonstrating success in achieving outcomes without established playbooks or extensive support.
  • Solid background as an enterprise Account Executive managing complex, long-term sales processes.
  • A strong track record as a proactive hunter, with hands-on experience in building pipelines through outbound efforts.
  • Experience selling into security, risk, compliance, or governance teams.
  • Familiarity with selling GRC, cybersecurity, compliance, or related enterprise SaaS solutions.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
