Role Overview

You will be a Founding Frontend Engineer at Bujo AI, playing a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of the innovative AI-driven platform. Your responsibilities will include developing, optimizing, and maintaining responsive user interfaces. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will implement intuitive and seamless designs, focusing on improving platform performance, accessibility, and usability. Your role will require hands-on technical expertise in frontend development, based in India.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and maintain responsive user interfaces for the AI-driven platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement intuitive and seamless designs.
• Improve platform performance, accessibility, and usability through best practices.
• Ensure high-quality code by following best practices in frontend development.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in core Frontend Development tools: React.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with UI/UX design principles, responsive design, and creating intuitive user interfaces.
• Knowledge of modern frontend development practices, including state management frameworks (e.g., Redux) and component-based architecture.
• Proficiency in using version control systems such as Git, with an understanding of collaborative, agile workflows.
• Solid understanding of performance optimization and cross-browser compatibility concerns.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with backend developers, designers, and stakeholders.
• Experience working on highly scalable web platforms or startup environments is a plus.
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
