We help high-growth tech companies and AI startups hire interview-ready candidates at scale by combining proprietary talent data, AI-executed sourcing, and human-in-the-loop execution.

We’ve supported companies like TikTok, Nvidia, and 100+ AI startups on critical hires across engineering and GTM roles.

We’re now building Hiring Copilot — a new AI-enabled hiring system that delivers qualified, interview-ready candidates at unmatched quality, speed, and cost efficiency.

Role Description

You’ll play a key role in building our U.S. market presence from the ground up, driving pipeline and early customer traction. This is not a traditional sales or recruiting role. You’ll be working directly with the founder to generate pipeline, engage decision-makers, and turn conversations into real hiring outcomes.

What you’ll do

  • Run outbound (LinkedIn, email, events) to generate pipeline
  • Get in front of startup founders / hiring managers / HRs
  • Qualify leads and move them into real conversations
  • Participate in the full sales cycle, and quickly ramp into owning deals
  • Continuously test, iterate, and refine messaging to improve conversion

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, B2B GTM and business development
  • You’ve done cold outreach before
  • You don’t get discouraged by rejection
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • You move fast, take initiative, and don’t wait for instructions
  • You take ownership and do what it takes to get results
  • You’re scrappy — you figure things out and get things done with limited resources
  • Ex-founder or fulltime early member experience at a startup
  • Strong interest in AI and how it’s transforming recruiting
  • Experience in recruiting or staffing is preferred
