Founding Lead AI Engineer (CTO Track)

We are building the next generation of B2B tools. To carry this vision forward and build a robust, scalable product, we are looking for our technical cornerstone: a Lead AI Engineer ready to step into the Founding CTO role.

Your Mission

• AI Architecture & Strategy: Design and integrate the core logic for creating, managing, and deploying autonomous AI agents directly within the platform. • From V1 to Enterprise-Grade: Lead the evolution of our current stack into a high-performance enterprise platform. You will be "hands-on," coding the foundation while architecting the future. • Delivery & Excellence: Ensure the production of secure, high-scale software that meets the rigorous standards of global B2B clients. • Technical Leadership: Build, mentor, and scale the engineering team as the company grows, fostering a culture of technical excellence.

The V1 Tech Stack: Node.js, Python, AWS Your Profile

• Experience: 5+ years in software engineering with a proven track record. • Proven Track Record: You have successfully shipped complex Enterprise Software/B2B SaaS or served as a Lead Engineer on a high-complexity product. • AI Mastery: You possess deep expertise (or significant hands-on experience) in LLM integration, RAG architectures, and multi-agent orchestration. • Entrepreneurial Mindset: You are ready to dive headfirst into a bold venture, bringing autonomy, resilience, and a desire to shape global strategy.
