About the Role

As a UI/UX Designer for Zerofyn AI, you will play a crucial role in building an AI-native finance intelligence platform aimed at automating accounting, reporting, and decision-making processes for startups. Unlike typical design roles, this position offers the opportunity to contribute to the entire product development process, from conceptualization to implementation.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for designing the end-to-end product experience for an AI-first finance platform. This includes translating complex financial workflows into simple and intuitive interfaces. Collaborating closely with the founders, you will shape product flows, user journeys, and dashboard systems. Additionally, you will be tasked with building scalable design systems in Figma and creating designs for web applications and AI-driven workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end product experience for an AI-first finance platform
• Translate complex financial workflows into simple, intuitive interfaces
• Collaborate with founders to shape product flows, user journeys, and dashboard systems
• Build scalable design systems in Figma
• Design for web applications (primary) and AI-driven workflows

Qualifications Required

• Strong proficiency in Figma (non-negotiable)
• Experience in designing SaaS, dashboards, and workflow‑heavy products
• Ability to think in systems, flows, and user behavior (not just UI)
• Willingness to challenge assumptions and contribute innovative ideas

Employment Details

In this freelance/contract role, you are expected to work 34 days per week at the office located in Sector 48, Gurugram. The engagement offers immediate start and monthly retainer‑based compensation. This founding design role provides the opportunity for growth, including the potential transition to a long‑term engagement, higher compensation post MVP, and a core team position if aligned with the company's vision.
