Founding Product Manager (m/f/d)

As a Founding Product Manager (m/f/d), you will take responsibility for our own product vision, build the product culture from scratch, and develop digital solutions that make our practices more efficient and improve patient care.

Responsibilities

• Product Vision & Strategy: You are responsible for the development and implementation of our first Product Roadmap and translate company goals into concrete digital products.
• Zero to One: You will accompany products throughout their entire lifecycle – from the initial user survey, through prototyping and MVP launch, to scaling in our practices.
• User Centricity & Interface Function: You are the link between our medical teams (doctors, medical assistants), engineering, and management. You understand the "pain points" in daily practice better than anyone else.
• Process Digitization: You identify analog and inefficient processes in our locations and develop smart, user-friendly software solutions to automate them.
• Structure Building & Product Culture: You will establish professional product management at PraxisEins from the ground up. As the sole responsible product expert, you will define best practices, introduce agile processes, and manage product development in close interdisciplinary collaboration with Engineering and Operations.

As a Founding Product Manager (m/f/d), you will quickly bear great responsibility with immediate impact on patient care and the daily work of our medical teams!

At PraxisEins, you will be confronted with diverse and often unexpected tasks. To become part of our team, you should bring the following:

• At least a Bachelor's degree with (very) good grades, ideally in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a comparable field.
• Solid experience in product management (B2B SaaS or Health-Tech is a plus) and demonstrable success in bringing digital products from "0 to 1".
• High analytical understanding, experience with agile methods and tools (e.g., Jira, Figma), and the ability to translate complex requirements into clear user stories.
• An entrepreneurial work ethic, business sense & a strong "getting things done" mentality.
• The clear ambition to build a product culture and a high willingness to go the extra mile.
• Willingness to travel (~10-20%) to our practices & the attitude to "get your hands dirty" through close exchange with the practice staff.
• Very good communication skills in German, both written and spoken.
