About Us

Within the dreifach group, we are developing a technological solution called Bestandsfaktor, which fundamentally transforms the strategic inventory development for insurance brokers. Our platform acts as an intelligent, operational engine: it analyzes complex data sets, precisely identifies activation potentials, and controls automated processes. Just a few weeks after launch, we are managing over 50,000 insurance customers through the system. As this is a purely internal process engine, our focus is 100% on logic, scalability, and data precision – the UI component is minimal. With us, every code decision has an immediate impact on the performance of a system with massive leverage.

Your Role: Shape Instead of Manage

As a Founding Engineer, you will be significantly responsible for the technical vision and implementation of our platform. You won't be working within a rigid framework, but will define the standards for architecture, data models, and system stability yourself.

Responsibilities

• Architecture & Design: You design and implement highly scalable system architectures and robust API structures.
• System Ownership: You take full technical responsibility for "Bestandsfaktor" – from concept to deployment.
• Intelligence Integration: You integrate modern AI workflows and machine learning logic into the operational core of the product.
• Product Evolution: You translate complex business logic into elegant, performant technical solutions and accompany the system from the early stage to market leadership.

Qualifications

• Architecture Expertise: Deep experience in designing API-first architectures, distributed systems, and scalable cloud infrastructure.
• Software Engineering: Profound knowledge in modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Go, Node.js, or Java) and in modeling complex relational and non-relational database systems.
• System Design: You think in holistic systems and data flows, not in isolated features. You master Clean Code, Design Patterns, and automated testing strategies.
• AI & Data: Interest in or experience with orchestrating Large Language Models (LLMs) and data-driven SaaS solutions.
• Execution: The ability to strike a clean balance between technical perfection and entrepreneurial speed of execution (time-to-market).
• Mindset: You work with a high degree of self-responsibility, are structured, and have a strong commitment to quality.
