Solutions Architect

A venture-backed early-stage company building AI-driven software to help engineering organizations better understand, plan, and evolve complex systems. The product sits upstream of development, focusing on architecture, decision-making, and system-level visibility across modern cloud and data environments.

The team is working closely with enterprise and high-growth technology companies to define a new category at the intersection of AI, infrastructure, and software architecture.

The Role

This is a founding Solutions Architect role focused on building the technical foundation of early customer engagements. You’ll work end-to-end with customers — from mapping complex systems through to production outcomes — while shaping how the product is deployed, validated, and adopted in real environments.

What You Will Do

• Lead deep technical discovery with customers to map system architecture, dependencies, and constraints
• Turn ambiguous problem statements into structured evaluation plans with clear success criteria
• Design and run proof-of-value engagements that demonstrate real outcomes in production environments
• Produce clear architecture artifacts including system summaries, trade-off analysis, and implementation paths
• Work closely with customer teams and internal stakeholders to deliver early deployments and refine repeatable engagement patterns

What You Bring

• 4-6 Years experience in solutions architecture, forward-deployed engineering, or technical consulting within SaaS, infrastructure, AI, or cloud environments
• Track record of taking ambiguous technical problems through to validated production outcomes
• Strong background supporting complex enterprise sales cycles as the technical lead alongside commercial partners
• Hands-on experience integrating platforms into enterprise systems across APIs, cloud infrastructure, data platforms, or CI/CD pipelines
• Ability to operate in early-stage environments, building structure, assets, and repeatable patterns from the ground up
