Role Description

As the Founding Technical Lead / Head of Engineering for the Agentic AI Platform, you will play a critical role in setting the technical vision and building a high-performing engineering team. You will oversee the development and delivery of the platform while managing engineering projects, leading technical decisions, and ensuring a seamless integration of software solutions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area.

Qualifications

• Leadership abilities in Team Management, Team Leadership, and Engineering Management
• Strong Project Management skills for planning, coordination, and execution of complex engineering initiatives
• Proficiency in Software Development, including hands-on experience with coding, system design, and architecture
• Demonstrated ability to build and scale engineering teams from the ground up
• Excellent problem-solving skills and decision-making capabilities
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience with AI platforms, cloud-based technologies, and start-up environments is a plus
