Responsibilities

• Build and scale recruiting infrastructure from scratch, including interview rubrics, hiring playbooks, and evaluation standards.
• Lead full‑cycle recruitment for highly technical roles in infrastructure, cloud, and systems engineering fields.
• Create and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract elite engineering talent in highly competitive markets.

Requirements

• 3+ years of technical recruiting experience with a proven track record at a high‑growth startup or top‑tier tech firm.
• Deep technical literacy with the ability to influence hiring decisions and partner effectively with engineering leaders.
• A builder's mindset with the resourcefulness to drive results in an ambiguous, fast‑paced early‑stage environment.
