Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Norristown, PA, for an FP&A Analyst. The FP&A Analyst will contribute to financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, develop financial models, analyze business performance, and assist in key decision-making. Responsibilities include preparing financial reports, performing detailed data analysis, and collaborating with various departments to ensure financial goals are met. The optimal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment and is proactive in identifying opportunities to enhance financial performance and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Financial Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting
• Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Financial Modeling
• Knowledge of Finance principles and experience in developing actionable financial strategies
• Proficient in financial reporting tools and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Ability to analyze large datasets and simplify complex financial data for diverse audiences
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• Experience in manufacturing or relevant industries is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
