FP&A Consultants

About

Our client is seeking FP&A Consultants with strong operational finance experience to support a high-impact engagement focused on planning, forecasting, reporting, and business performance visibility across multiple business units.

Responsibilities

• Support core FP&A processes including planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Drive operational FP&A activities including KPI development, reporting, and performance tracking
• Provide support to business leadership and CFO teams through decision support and ad hoc analysis
• Develop reporting packages and improve visibility into financial and operational performance
• Partner with stakeholders across business units to support evolving finance processes
• Operate independently in a hands-on, execution-oriented environment

Requirements

• Experience at Manager or Director level within FP&A or Operational Finance
• Strong background in planning, forecasting, and business performance analysis
• Experience supporting business leadership and executive stakeholders
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work in lean and evolving operational environments
• Comfortable with an onsite presence in Dallas for key engagement activities
