You will...

• Develop and implement high-power technologies such as HF transmitters, plasma generators, or broadband amplifiers.
• Maintain and extend FPGA-based SoC embedded real-time systems.
• Design, simulate, and implement specialized hardware function blocks in VHDL or Verilog.
• Program embedded software for soft and hard core processors on Linux or Bare-Metal.
• Analyze requirements, develop solution concepts, and realize them together with interdisciplinary teams.
• Integrate and optimize hardware/software co-designs for maximum efficiency.
• Verify functionality and performance through simulations and hardware validation.
• Drive standardization, reuse, and modern AI-supported tools in the development process.
• Share knowledge about new technologies, trends, and methods and implement them directly in projects.

Be our forward thinker

You...

• Have a completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable technical field.
• Have several years of experience in FPGA design with VHDL or Verilog.
• Are familiar with the design flow of SoC projects and FPGA technologies.
• Program embedded software in modern, object-oriented C++ in a Linux environment and work securely with Git.
• Have initial experience with unit tests, debugging tools, and ideally CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitLab.
• Communicate fluently in German and English.
