You will play a crucial role in guiding our customers' R&D efforts and helping them bring their innovative ideas to life. This position is part of our EMEA Engineering team, where your expertise will be invaluable in expanding our market presence.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the FAE and sales team to grow our FPGA market share.
• Analyze market trends and adapt the manufacturer’s portfolio accordingly.
• Implement and execute EMEA supplier strategies and programs within the local region.
• Provide regular business updates to suppliers.
• Assist development engineers in selecting the right FPGA technologies and components for their designs.
• Engage in various development projects with our customers.
• Prepare and conduct training sessions, events, and technical meetings with customers and suppliers.
• Guide technical direction and priorities based on supplier strategies and market conditions.

Requirements

• Experience in electronics with a passion for innovative technology.
• Proven track record in business development with technical excellence.
• M.Sc/B.Sc in Engineering or equivalent in electronics.
• In-depth understanding of FPGA technology (up-to-date tools not required).
• Preferably experience in FPGA electronic design.
• Outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
• Fluency in French and English is essential.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel within France and Italy for customer visits.
