Job Description

This role requires a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in leading and delivering large-scale projects within an Agile environment. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of enterprise-wide systems and the ability to implement complex and scalable solutions.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 15+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proven track record of leading and delivering large-scale projects involving complex, scalable, and high-performing enterprise-wide systems in an Agile environment.
• In-depth knowledge of IBM I (AS/400), communication protocols (FTP, SFTP), and Apache HTTP.
• Languages required: all IBM I (RPG, CL, DDS, SQL), JavaScript.
• Proven track record of adopting technology guidelines and emerging technologies in teams.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with retail business systems is preferred.
• Experience with JDA MMS and financial systems is preferred.
• Knowledge of Profound UI would be extremely helpful.
