Freelance Channel Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced and innovative **Channel Marketing Manager (Retail Marketing Manager)** to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of our marketing strategies across multiple channels in France. This is a critical role that requires a strong understanding of both digital and retail marketing, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to drive brand visibility and sales performance.

**Key Responsibilities** - Evaluate and continuously improve current channel marketing strategies to align with business goals. - Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans tailored to specific retail and digital channels. - Analyze consumer trends, market data, and competitor insights to inform strategic decisions. - Select appropriate advertising platforms and adapt campaigns based on performance and audience behavior. - Track and report campaign performance metrics; use data-driven insights to refine strategies and maximize ROI. - Collaborate closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure alignment and consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints.

**What you bring?** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field. - Minimum of **5 years of experience** in Channel or Retail Marketing, ideally within the consumer goods or technology sectors. - Strong understanding of retail marketing dynamics, digital marketing tools, and current industry best practices. - Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and project management skills. - Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both **French and English**. - A results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving growth through innovative channel strategies.
