We are seeking a freelance E Learning Architect for independent projects in Red Deer. This role offers remote work and flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop e-learning solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define learning objectives.
• Create engaging and effective learning content.
• Manage e-learning projects from conception to completion.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an E Learning Architect or similar role.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
• Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
