Freelance Email Marketing Specialist

RUANI LLC is looking for a skilled Freelance Email Marketing Specialist to plan, create, and execute email campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and brand loyalty. This is a remote freelance role ideal for marketing professionals who thrive on autonomy and results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and manage email marketing campaigns (newsletters, promotional, onboarding, etc.)
• Write compelling email copy and subject lines aligned with brand voice
• Segment email lists to target the right audience with personalized content
• Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and other KPIs to optimize performance
• Conduct A/B testing for subject lines, CTAs, and layout variations
• Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR)
• Collaborate with design, sales, and leadership to align email strategy with business goals

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, or similar)
• Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills
• Strong understanding of email analytics and conversion tracking
• Familiarity with email automation and audience segmentation
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines independently
• Bonus: Experience in e-commerce or B2B lead nurturing
