Headhunter/Recruiter

About

We’re looking for an experienced and results-driven headhunter/recruiter to help us source and place high-quality candidates for our growing company.

This is a performance-based opportunity, ideal for recruiters who are confident in their ability to find and close strong talent.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates through your own channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networks, etc.)
• Screen candidates to ensure they meet role requirements
• Present top candidates for consideration
• Coordinate with our team during the hiring process if needed

Compensation Structure

• $75 paid once your candidate is successfully hired
• +$70 bonus if your candidate remains with the company for 60 days
• Total potential earnings per successful placement: $145

Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience in recruiting or headhunting
• Strong sourcing skills and existing talent networks
• Ability to identify high-quality candidates quickly
• Excellent communication and screening skills
• Self-motivated and results-oriented

Additional Details

• This is a freelance / per-hire role (no hourly pay)
• Potential for ongoing work if you consistently deliver strong candidates
