Role Description

As a Freelance Junior Recruiter, you will play a key role in sourcing and identifying top talent to meet organizational needs. Key responsibilities include posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating the recruitment process. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, manage candidate communication, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience. This is a remote, prorated paid freelance position with flexible working hours.

Qualifications

Recruitment skills, such as candidate sourcing, resume screening, and conducting initial interviews Interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with candidates and hiring managers Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Administrative skills, including scheduling interviews and maintaining recruitment tracking systems Basic understanding of human resources principles and talent acquisition strategies (e.g., job posting strategies, recruitment techniques) Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment-related software is a plus Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and work independently Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
