About the Role

We need a freelance HR generalist or recruiter who can support two priorities:

• Hiring a senior Operations Manager (transportation/logistics background preferred)
• Building a driver pool for our paratransit ProMaster van service

This is a paid contract engagement — not a placement fee arrangement. We're looking for someone who can run full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating offers.

Qualifications

You're a great fit if you:

• Know the Winnipeg talent market
• Have recruited for operations, logistics, or transportation roles
• Are comfortable with vulnerable sector hiring requirements
