Independent Recruiter (German) – Freelance | Milestone-Based

We’re looking for a driven and well-connected Independent Recruiter based in the German to join us on a freelance, milestone-based engagement. This role is ideal for recruiters who enjoy working independently and delivering high-quality talent for diverse, global projects.

What You’ll Do

• Source and onboard Linguistic Experts (translators, interpreters, localization specialists)
• Identify STEM professionals and other Subject Matter Experts (e.g., healthcare, finance, education, law)
• Build a strong talent pipeline using job boards, networks, and referrals
• Pre-screen candidates for quality, relevance, and project fit
• Collaborate with our team and provide regular updates on progress

What We’re Looking For

• Based in the German with strong knowledge of the local talent market
• Experience in recruiting for technical, linguistic, or niche roles (preferred)
• Excellent communication, networking, and organizational skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to deliver within deadlines

How It Works (Milestone-Based Model)

• Earn based on clear, pre-defined milestones (e.g., shortlist submissions, interview completion, successful hires)
• Milestones are mutually agreed per project
• Payments are released upon milestone approval, ensuring a transparent and performance-driven process
