To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Freelance Recruiter (Mid-Level) who takes ownership, thinks proactively, and understands recruiting as a holistic process.
What You'll Do
You will work independently in operational recruiting and take responsibility for:
- Managing the full end-to-end recruiting process , including interviews, candidate and pipeline management
- Ensuring professional communication with candidates (email, LinkedIn, and potentially clients)
- You take full responsibility for recruiting processes from first contact to hire
- Data-driven approach: You are curious about AI in recruiting and open to new tools and ideas
Requirements
- Experience in Recruiting / Talent Acquisition

- 100% remote work
