What You'll Do

You will work independently in operational recruiting and take responsibility for:

  • Managing the full end-to-end recruiting process , including interviews, candidate and pipeline management
  • Ensuring professional communication with candidates (email, LinkedIn, and potentially clients)
  • You take full responsibility for recruiting processes from first contact to hire
  • Data-driven approach: You are curious about AI in recruiting and open to new tools and ideas

Requirements

  • Experience in Recruiting / Talent Acquisition

Work Arrangement

  • 100% remote work
