Recruitment Consultant

This role is available as full time, part time, half day, or with flexi hours.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Full function recruiting in a recruitment agency, including cold calling, headhunting, interviewing, and closing deals.
• Must have experience running a desk and doing recruitment from A - Z.
• Experience making placements in mining, banking/insurance/investments, and financial services.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience.
• Non-smokers.

Package & Remuneration

• Negotiable basic salary plus good commission.
• The salary and commission are dependent on the hours required.

Working Arrangement

• An option to work from home is available, but it will be on a commission basis.
• Run your own business from home with a 50/50 split on commission.
