Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly driven Freelance Recruiter who thrives in a performance-based environment. This is a commission-based opportunity ideal for recruiters who are confident in their ability to source, engage, and close high-quality candidates across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute end-to-end recruitment from requirement understanding to candidate placement
• Proactively source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and headhunting techniques
• Identify and engage passive candidates through strategic outreach
• Screen, shortlist, and present qualified candidates to clients
• Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates and clients
• Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups
• Maintain high-quality standards in candidate selection and submission

Requirements:

• Proven experience in recruitment (freelance or full-time)
• Strong expertise in headhunting and sourcing strategies
• Ability to manage full-cycle recruitment independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and ATS systems is a plus

Compensation:

• Commission-based structure
• Earn between $500 – $1000 per successful placement
• Higher commissions available depending on role complexity and seniority
