Last year, the Oikos Group was therefore able to deliver almost 1,600 houses. To support our current expansion, we are currently looking for a Freelance Remote Recruiter (m/f/d) for active sourcing and preliminary interviews.

Responsibilities

• Conducting active sourcing to identify suitable candidates for independent sales representative positions
• Conducting preliminary interviews with potential applicants
• Evaluating and pre-selecting candidates for the Oikos Group (mostly for Bien-Zenker, Hanse Haus, Living Haus) and candidate management in our ATS (Softgarden)
• Collaborating with the HV Recruiting Team on topics such as employer branding or project work.

Qualifications

• Experience in active sourcing and conducting preliminary interviews, ideally in the construction or prefabricated house industry.
• Excellent communication skills in German, both spoken and written, to interact effectively with potential candidates.
• Ability to work independently and remotely, with strong self-motivation and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of modern recruiting tools and platforms, as well as experience with social media for talent acquisition.
• Flexibility and adaptability to succeed in a dynamic and growth-oriented environment.
