Interim Technical Product Manager – Contract Lifecycle Management

The Context

• Our client is building a scalable, future‑proof Contract Lifecycle Management platform to manage and serve millions of B2C customer contracts.
• This new CLM platform will become the single source of truth for all contract data, integrating with CRM (Dynamics), CPQ, fulfillment, and billing systems.

Your Role

• Own the end‑to‑end product definition for the CLM platform
• Define requirements from commercial, technical, and operations teams
• Define how the platform handles business scenarios (customer moves, upgrades, bundles, contract changes)
• Work with data engineers to ensure the data model addresses all required scenarios
• Define success criteria and metrics that demonstrate business value
• Manage stakeholder expectations on scope, timelines, and trade‑offs
• Drive progress, discover what's needed, push through blockers
• Proactively identify gaps, risks and optimization opportunities

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years experience in product management
• Strong affinity building back‑end platforms and discussing tech solutions
• Can write clear user stories for back‑end products and capabilities
• Understanding of commercial lifecycle: pricing, configuration, contracts, invoicing
• Strong stakeholder management across business and technical teams
• Bias for action: iterate and improve rather than wait for perfect requirements
• Commercial mindset: prioritize based on data and business value

Bonus Points

• B2C contract, subscription, or order management experience
• Legacy modernization, platform migration background, greenfield builds
• Professional working proficiency in Dutch
