About Us

neuefische GmbH, with our brands neuefische and Spiced Academy, has been Germany’s leading tech bootcamp provider for over ten years. Our programs create opportunities for people to launch fulfilling careers while driving the digital skills transformation across Germany.

To date, over 7,000 participants have trained with us, and around 70% start working in tech immediately after the bootcamp. With 40% female participation, our courses not only build skilled professionals but also foster greater diversity in the tech industry. Many programs conclude with certifications from renowned partners such as IHK, Amazon, and CompTIA.

The role of the coach, in addition to professional expertise, requires a good understanding of people and their motivations as well as methods for introducing complex topics to new practitioners.Each day and each course is different and presents a mixture of challenges that require application of diverse skills such as people leadership, project expertise, presentation and communication. We work in an agile way in which we are always experimenting with our material in order to create great outcomes for our students.

• Coaching, mentoring, or teaching experience is a plus

Additional Information

Please note that this is an on-demand freelance position. Assignments are offered based on course schedules and participant demand. Engagements may vary in duration and frequency depending on program needs.
