Your Profile

• Completed degree in civil engineering, electrical engineering, energy technology, or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in overhead line construction or, alternatively, in mobile/telecommunications infrastructure (e.g., mobile phone masts, radio sites, or tower infrastructure)
• Experience in project management or construction management of infrastructure, energy, or telecommunications projects
• Knowledge in the field of high-voltage lines (220 kV / 380 kV) is an advantage, but not a prerequisite — structured training will be provided
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
• Polish language skills are an advantage, especially for collaboration with international assembly teams
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Valid driver's license class B
• Willingness to regularly visit construction sites within Berlin / Brandenburg (approx. 200 km radius)
