Workster is currently looking for an experienced French‑Speaking Recruiter to support hiring projects on the French market.
We are interested in recruiters who understand the local market, know how to source for high‑volume roles effectively, and are confident managing candidate pipelines independently. Experience in blue‑collar recruitment is welcome.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates for open roles on the French market
- Screen and assess candidates based on client requirements
- Present suitable candidates to the internal team
- Use your own sourcing channels, database, and recruitment network
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the process
- Join weekly coordination calls with the team
Requirements
- +1 year of Recruitment experience at minimum
- Solid understanding of the French candidate market, especially within blue‑collar recruitment
- Confident in using your own sourcing methods and network
- Native French and good English communication skills
- Open to working in a performance‑driven, commission‑based model
