Currently, we are looking for a proactive and creative fresher for who can identify opportunities, build client relationships, and contribute to the agency’s growth. This role blends strategy, communication, and creativity.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients, industries, and market trends
• Assist in creating pitch decks, proposals, and presentations
• Communicate with prospects and schedule meetings
• Maintain and update CRM or lead tracking sheets
• Support in closing deals and onboarding clients
• Collaborate with the creative team to align client needs with services
• Analyze competitors and suggest growth strategies

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in marketing, branding, and creative industries
• Basic understanding of social media and digital marketing
• Confident in pitching ideas and handling conversations
• Self-driven, proactive, and result-oriented
• Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn, Google Sheets, Canva, or CRM tools is a plus
