The DoW Mid UI/UX Front-End Developer will play a critical role in designing and developing intuitive, responsive web interfaces for security cooperation platforms supporting the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA). This fully remote position requires a Secret clearance and involves working within a collaborative environment to create user-centered digital solutions that enhance tracking, oversight, reporting, and decision-making processes related to foreign military sales and security cooperation initiatives. The ideal candidate will utilize React as the primary framework, combining user research, visual design, and development to produce accessible, high-performance applications aligned with DSCA standards. The role emphasizes creating consistent, standardized interfaces through design systems, ensuring compliance with accessibility guidelines such as Section 508 and WCAG, and supporting transparency and efficiency mandated by Executive Orders.
