Job Overview
Were looking for a skilled and versatile Front End Developer capable of leading front-end development. The successful candidate will collaborate with product and engineering teams and offer expertise to build intuitive, engaging products.
Location
Based in Switzerland, with possibility to travel to Neuchatel once or twice per week.

Requirements and Your Profile
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript
- Solid experience with React
- Experience with Next.js and modern SSR/SSG architectures
- Experience with state management solutions (e.g. Redux, Zustand, Context API)
- Experience integrating REST or GraphQL APIs
- Understanding of frontend testing (unit/integration/e2e)
- Knowledge of frontend performance optimization techniques
- Solid Git workflow knowledge
- Experience with Web3 or decentralized systems (desirable)
- Familiarity with the Internet Computer ecosystem (desirable)
- Experience with Node.js (SSR or BFF architectures) (desirable)
Your Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and maintenance of entire web applications, covering user interface and user experience (UI/UX)
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to create intuitive and engaging products
- Design efficient software and product architecture and optimize resource usage by identifying reusable modules/code that can be developed as libraries
- Use asynchronous communication tools effectively (e.g., tools integrated in GitLab)
- Schedule and follow up on a roadmap/milestones using integrated tools (GitLab) and provide estimates on tasks/issues as primary source
