We are seeking a highly motivated, skilled, and experienced Front End Developer to join the ADP Small Business Marketing team. In this role, you will develop and maintain conversion-focused marketing websites and design robust digital campaign experiences. Working closely with product marketing, creative, and product teams, you will drive the creation of best-in-class B2B digital destinations by leveraging technologies such as Sitecore CMS, Salesforce Interaction Studio, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Einstein Decisions, Contentsquare, and Drift.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain marketing websites and campaigns using Sitecore CMS, Salesforce Interaction Studio, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Einstein Decisions, Contentsquare, Drift, and other technologies to drive omnichannel personalized marketing journeys.

• Create HTML landing pages and website content—including text, graphics, video, and interactive features—from design deliverables, ensuring pixel-perfect execution.

• Interface with marketing teams to define and implement strategic initiatives that enhance the user experience based on data insights and marketing strategies.

• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to develop and implement A/B and multivariate tests for in-product ads and campaign landing pages using tools such as Optimizely.

• Partner with Sales Automation and Sales Operations to integrate lead flow processes with backend systems like Eloqua and Salesforce.com.

• Provide strategic guidance to business partners on campaign management, operations, and optimization techniques, ensuring effective tracking and analysis of outcomes.

• Perform other relevant duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Experience Required: Minimum of 3 years in Front End and CMS development, managing large-scale B2B website and digital marketing projects.

• Qualifications: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, XSLT, Sitecore CMS, and JQuery, as well as hands-on experience with Salesforce Interaction Studio and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

• Requirements: Demonstrated experience in developing, maintaining, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns and websites, along with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

• Requirements: Strong oral and written communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, outstanding organizational skills, and the capacity to work effectively in an agile, cross-functional team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Qualifications: Experience with digital analytics and testing tools including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Optimizely, Hotjar, and Mouseflow.

• Qualifications: Prior agency experience and familiarity with large-scale digital advertising and marketing initiatives.

• Qualifications: SEO experience and familiarity with search engine algorithms.

• Qualifications: Sitecore CMS expertise with a Developer Certification is a plus.
