New Value Solutions, a national IT consulting company, is seeking a Front-End Developer to join a consulting team delivering a secure, cloud-based web platform for a large public-sector organization. This project focuses on replacing manual, spreadsheet-driven processes with a centralized, modern application that supports data management, validation workflows, and real-time reporting.

This is a hands-on role suited for someone who thrives in building complex, data-intensive user interfaces and can translate business workflows into intuitive, high-performance front-end experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and build data-intensive web interfaces, including Excel-like grid components for managing structured datasets
• Implement inline editing, sorting/filtering, search, and bulk import/export (CSV/Excel) capabilities
• Develop forms and workflows for managing users, contracts, and operational data
• Build submission and validation workflows with real-time feedback (errors, warnings, success states)
• Create dashboards and reporting views with filters and visual indicators
• Implement role-based UI behavior and support authentication flows (SSO/MFA integration on the frontend)
• Collaborate with backend developers and UI/UX designers to deliver a cohesive, user-friendly application
• Ensure performance, usability, and scalability across a complex, data-heavy interface

Requirements

• 5+ years of front-end development experience (senior-level preferred)
• Strong experience building data-heavy or enterprise web applications
• Hands-on experience with advanced data grid / spreadsheet-style UI components (e.g., AG Grid, Syncfusion, Telerik/Kendo, Handsontable)
• Experience implementing complex forms, validation logic, and user workflows
• Proficiency with modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or similar)
• Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and handling structured data (JSON, CSV, Excel)
• Strong understanding of UI/UX best practices for non-technical users
• Experience with SSO / identity integrations preferred
• Exposure to healthcare, finance, or other regulated environments preferred
• Familiarity with Excel-driven workflows or Power Query preferred
• Experience working in cloud-based environments (Azure/AWS) preferred
