Service Now Service Portal Developer

The Work

The Service Now Service Portal Developer is responsible for creating and updating mobile and web-based sites and portals within the Service Now platform. This role partners closely with UX/UI designers and the platform team to build new Service Portal components—including portals, pages, and custom widgets—aligned with Service Now best practices.

Here’s what you need:

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience with the Service Now platform
• 3+ years of experience with modern web technologies, including one or more of the following:
  • Standard and compliant HTML5 / CSS3
  • Java Script
  • Bootstrap
  • Web frameworks, grid systems, and cross‑browser testing
• Extensive knowledge of component libraries and front‑end frameworks
• Experience working with one or more of the following:
  • Service Now Service Portal configuration tools (Branding Editor, Page Designer, Page Editor, Widget Editor)
  • Creating new portals from the ground up
  • Custom Java Script
  • AngularJS
  • Bootstrap
• Strong understanding of responsive design, front‑end performance, and UI/UX implementation best practices

Eligibility requirements

• Ability to hold and maintain a secret level clearance, at minimum

Pay Range

$91,300-$184,900 USD
