About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, tenants, and visitors
- Manage reception, front desk operations, and general office coordination
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and enquiries efficiently and professionally
- Assist with tenant communication, bookings, and property-related queries
- Maintain a welcoming and professional office environment
- Support the property management team with administrative tasks
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and viewings
Requirements
- Previous experience in a front-of-house, reception, or hospitality role (property experience advantageous)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and demeanour
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general administrative systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
