We are looking for multiple candidates to join our clients (CIB) as a Software Developer in Front Office (FO) in New York City (Manhattan). This opportunity is open to French professionals looking to relocate to New York. The role is tailored for technically adept individuals with hands-on experience in front office trading desk environments. The ideal candidate will combine strong development skills with a solid understanding of electronic trading systems and financial products, thriving in a fast-paced, high-stakes setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance trading and pricing applications used by front-office teams.
• Build scalable, high-performance solutions for pricing, risk, connectivity, and reporting.
• Collaborate closely with traders, quants, and sales to deliver technology that meets real-time business needs.
• Participate in the modernization of legacy platforms and the implementation of new system requirements.
• Support and optimize existing electronic trading workflows to improve performance and reliability.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal controls.
• Document technical designs and maintain clear records for future reference.

Educational and Professional Requirements

• Degree in computer science, engineering, finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a software developer within a front office or trading desk environment — this is the key differentiator we are looking for.
• Proficiency in one or more of the following: C#/.NET, C++, or Java, with solid object-oriented and/or systems programming skills.
• Exposure to one or more of the following domains: US Treasuries & Interest Rate Swaps, FX Flow trading, or Fixed Income pricing and risk.
• Additional skills valued: Python, SQL, Git, Agile/CI/CD; React/Angular a plus.
• Highly analytical, with the ability to perform under pressure in a dynamic trading environment.
• Superior communication skills, with an aptitude for collaborating effectively with both technology and business teams.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; French fluency is a strong asset.
