Lexian AG is a young company and software solution provider for law firms in Switzerland. We are expanding our legal software and are looking for reinforcement for product development, scaling, and automation.

For our dynamic, strongly growing team, we are looking for an experienced and dedicated personality as a Frontend Developer or Backend Developer, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your Main Tasks

• Feature development with a focus on backend (Kotlin / Spring Boot) or frontend (React / TypeScript)
• Contribution to the further development of a containerized multi-instance architecture
• You write clean, maintainable code and actively participate in reviews.
• Participation in deployment processes with Docker, Ansible, Jenkins, and GitLab
• 3rd Level Support

Your Profile

• At least 3 years of experience in professional software development
• Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
• For backend focus: solid knowledge in Kotlin or Java
• For frontend focus: experience with modern web frameworks, preferably React; UX experience is an advantage
• Basic understanding of containerized environments (Docker)
• Clean, readable code is a fundamental principle for you, not a matter of negotiation
• Self-directed work approach – you ask when necessary, you don't block yourself
• Experience in the legal sector or in handling highly sensitive data is an advantage
• Very good German language skills
