Candidates will apply deep technical knowledge, creativity, and critical analysis to evaluate and enhance AI-generated outputs, contributing directly to the next generation of AI-powered tools.Job Responsibilities:Write high-quality prompts to guide AI models in generating accurate and functional webpage outputs.Evaluate AI model performance and provide rankings based on accuracy, usability, and design fidelity.Implement frontend functionalities using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript when AI-generated code is incomplete or incorrect.Explain decisions and logic in a clear, structured format to support model improvement and team learning.Conduct peer code reviews and contribute thoughtful feedback to maintain code quality across the project.Collaborate closely with engineers and product teams to iterate on output quality and web experience.Job Requirements:Bachelor s/Master s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.At least 5 years of experience working with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript in a production environment.Proficiency in frontend development principles, UI/UX patterns, and responsive design.Intermediate knowledge with Python.Strong critical thinking skills with knowledge of algorithms, system design, and coding best practices.Excellent English communication skills with the ability to clearly explain logic, provide technical documentation, and collaborate across teams.
