Senior Frontend Engineer

About

We’re recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing European FinTech providing payments rails and crypto purchase/sale services. UX is central to the business — this team is looking for a senior frontend engineer who is obsessed with performance and shipping polished user experiences (down to the millisecond).

What you’ll do

• Build and maintain high-performance React apps using TypeScript and Vite
• Implement complex UI flows with excellent UX and accessibility
• Review PRs, enforce standards, and mentor other developers
• Optimise rendering, bundle size, and API usage (shaving milliseconds matters)
• Work closely with designers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
• Contribute to front-end architecture and component/design systems

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional front-end experience
• Deep expertise in React + TypeScript and modern tooling
• Strong performance optimisation and debugging skills
• Experience with REST APIs, WebSockets, and state management (e.g., Zustand )
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows
• Strong sense of design, UX, and attention to detail
• Native-level English (spoken and written)
• Located within CET ±2 hours
