Responsibilities

• You will build and design the frontend of our AI platform – from interactive UI components to complex real-time features
• You will develop with Next.js 15, React 19, and TypeScript 5 on a modern, production-ready stack
• You will implement reusable, scalable UI components with Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui, and Radix UI
• You will work closely with the team – including code reviews, technical discussions, and joint architectural decisions
• You will actively integrate AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Codex) into your workflow, making yourself and the team more productive
• Optional: You will take on full-stack tasks (Node.js, APIs, Cloud Services) – if you feel like it

Requirements

Required:

• Active use of AI coding assistants in everyday development – you know how to become truly more productive with them
• Very good knowledge of React and TypeScript
• Experience with Next.js (App Router, Server Actions, SSR/SSG)
• Confident use of Tailwind CSS and component-based UI libraries (e.g., shadcn/ui, Radix UI)
• Understanding of state management (Zustand, Jotai, or comparable)
• Experience with Git and code reviews in a team context
• German language skills (min. C1) as well as good English language skills

Desirable:

• Experience with Node.js and server-side development
• Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (Firestore, Cloud Workflows)
• Experience with WebSockets / Socket.IO for real-time features
• Experience with Vercel AI SDK or LLM integrations (OpenAI, Google GenAI)
• Familiarity with OpenAPI code generation and API design
• Experience with Storybook, Vitest, and component-driven development
• Basic knowledge of Docker and CI/CD (GitLab)
