Frontend (React) Developer - Financial Platforms vacancy for our Zurich based client in the Banking sector.
Your tasks:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions for financial products and services
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of an in-house React design system and ensure its consistent use across the platform
- Build and enhance features for a seamless and unified user experience in close co-operation with business and UX experts
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code aligned with industry best practices, including code reviews, testing, and CI/CD
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, providing support for both development and production environments
Your experience/knowledge:
- Strong hands-on experience in JavaScript development, ideally within the financial services sector
- Proficient in modern JavaScript frameworks such as ReactJS, and experienced with TypeScript, Node.js, and related web technologies
- Experience with Unix-based operating systems and practical knowledge of bash scripting
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (especially Microsoft Azure), microservices architecture, and containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Language skills: English (Fluent)
