Frontend Software Developer (m/f/d)

Your tasks • Design, development and further development of web applications • Implementation of modern, responsive user interfaces (UI/UX) • Ensuring accessibility requirements according to WCAG standards • Integration of REST APIs (backend services) • Ensuring code quality, performance and maintainability • Application of best practices (clean code, design patterns, testing) • Conducting code reviews and quality assurance • Automation of tests (unit, integration and E2E tests)

Your profile

Expertise: • Very good knowledge in frontend development (Angular, TypeScript) • Experience in developing modern web applications and APIs (REST) • Solid understanding of software architecture, clean code and best practices • Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or similar) • Ability to familiarise yourself with existing systems and further develop them in a maintainable way • Understanding of operation, maintenance and support of applications (analysis, bug fixing, monitoring) • Experience in agile working methods, ideally with Kanban • Good communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork in an interdisciplinary environment

Advantages (nice-to-have): • Experience with Kubernetes / containerised applications • Knowledge of cloud environments (especially Azure) • Experience in the university or administrative environment • Knowledge in the area of accessibility for software systems • Experience with test automation (unit / E2E tests, e.g. Selenium) • Practical experience with SAFe or scaled agile frameworks
