Where You Can Contribute

• To strengthen our team, we are looking for developers for our web apps.
• You will communicate directly with our customers (mostly doctors) to make our software even cooler for the user.
• Basically, with us: We learn from and with each other at eye level and adapt to your individual learning curve. With regular mentoring from experienced web developers, we ensure that you integrate well into the team and can develop according to your wishes.
• This position can be performed 100% from home office. Therefore, you do not necessarily have to live in Thuringia or the surrounding area to work with us. If it makes sense for you, we can also establish a small branch office for you and other Zollsoft employees in your region.
• Part-time employment is also generally not an obstacle, however, it would be ideal if you spend at least 30 hours per week with us.

What You Should Bring

• You have very good general mathematics skills and theoretical knowledge in algorithms and data structures.
• Good knowledge of HTML and CSS is a prerequisite for employment in frontend/web development.
• Furthermore, you have heard of JavaScript and ideally TypeScript in theory and, ideally, also in practice.
• You have gained initial practical experience in responsive web and cross-browser development and are eager to learn new things.
• You enjoy working in a team, but you also have no reservations about tackling challenges alone.
• Knowledge and experience that you ideally already bring with you, or can learn with us, include:
  • Frameworks for developing web apps such as Angular and React
  • Client-server communication (e.g., via REST API)
  • Database or Unix knowledge
• To be able to get a firm foothold with us, it is absolutely necessary that you master German at least at C1 level.
