Job Description
As a strategic talent advisor, you will lead full-cycle recruiting for professional roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to align requirements, timelines, and decision criteria while shaping market‐informed sourcing strategies. You will deliver a best‐in‐class candidate and hiring manager experience through transparent communication, data‐driven insights, and continuous refinement of approach. Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute recruiting strategies: needs analysis, sourcing plans, and process guidance for hiring managers.
- Source, assess, and present qualified candidates; manage end‐to‐end hiring workflow and refine approach based on feedback.
- Deliver a best‐in‐class candidate experience with timely updates, transparent feedback, and consistent dispositioning.
- Advise on compensation and close offers; educate candidates on career growth, benefits, and the value proposition.
- Leverage ATS to its full capability, maintaining data integrity and producing meaningful market and pipeline insights.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of full life cycle recruiting in fast-paced corporate or retained search environments (financial services preferred); travel industry recruiting experience is a plus.
- Proven direct sourcing capability, name generation, networking, and relationship building; effective with senior‐level talent.
- Strong business acumen with superior multitasking, project management, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Skilled in sophisticated compensation discussions and offer negotiation; trusted with sensitive/confidential information.
- Innovative, results‐oriented, and comfortable operating independently amid changing priorities and tight deadlines.
